2-in-1 jigsaw puzzle FAQ

We know that you are as excited as we are at the arrival of our range of 2-in-1 jigsaw puzzles.  We expect that you may have a few questions so we have created this FAQ to answer some of the most frequently asked questions.

General Questions:

  1. Will the puzzles be more expensive than before?
    Nope, not at all the 2-in-1 jigsaw puzzle will be the same price as our other puzzles.  This is because all of our puzzles are already double-sided.  We have just decided to make more of a feature the reverse side and included a new detailed design that can be pieced together.

  2. Why are the puzzles now double-sided?
    The double-sided design adds more value, allowing customers to enjoy both a map and a showcase of musicians. It also makes the puzzles more versatile and engaging.

  3. What material is used for the new puzzles? Is it eco-friendly?
    The 2-in-1 jigsaw puzzles are made from the same materials as our other jigsaw puzzles which is high-quality, durable cardboard that is eco-friendly and recyclable.

  4. Why did you choose to feature musicians on the reverse side?
    Featuring musicians celebrates the rich cultural heritage of Africa, Jamaica, and the Caribbean. It’s a way to honour their contributions to the world of music and make the puzzles more educational.

  5. Why Africa, Jamaica, and the Caribbean and not other regions or countries?
    These regions are our most popular jigsaw puzzles and were chosen to celebrate their vibrant cultures, histories, and global influences. We plan to expand to other regions in the future.

  6. How do you decide which countries or themes to feature?
    We select themes based on their cultural significance and customer interest, ensuring each puzzle is meaningful and educational.

  7. Are there plans to feature other regions in future puzzles?
    Yes, we are always exploring ideas for future puzzles and plan to include other regions based on demand and interest.

  8. Can I request a puzzle for a specific country or theme?
    Absolutely! We welcome customer suggestions and feedback. Please let us know your ideas for future designs.

Puzzle Details:

  1. Why did you choose a 500-piece version instead of 1,000 or more?
    A 500-piece puzzle strikes a balance between being challenging yet accessible to a wide audience, including families and younger puzzlers.  If there is demand we will also add a 1,000 piece jigsaw puzzle.

  2. Does the puzzle weigh more now that it’s double-sided?
    Nope, the jigsaw puzzle weighs the same as our other jigsaw puzzles.  

  3. What are the dimensions of the completed 100-piece and 500-piece puzzles?
    The dimensions are approximately 52cm x 37cm for the 100-piece puzzle and 52cm x 38cm for the 500-piece puzzle.

  4. Are the musicians on the reverse side labeled for identification?
    Yes, each musician is labeled, making it easy for you to learn about them while enjoying the puzzle.

  5. Is there an age recommendation for the puzzles?
    The puzzles are recommended for ages 5 and up. Younger children will enjoy the 100-piece version, while the 500-piece version is great for older children and adults.

  1. When will the new puzzles be available for purchase?
    The puzzles will be available in April, you can pre-order by clicking here.

  2. Will these puzzles be sold internationally?
    Yes, they will be available for international shipping through our website and select retailers.

  3. Where can I buy the puzzles? Are they available in local stores or only online?
    The puzzles will be available on our website and at select retail locations.  You can pre-order by clicking here.

  4. Are there any discounts or promotions for the launch of the new puzzles?
    Yes, if you pre-order you get a 10% discount as well as a free poster.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

  1. Can I return my old puzzle for the new version?
    Yes, you are entitled to a full refund as long as the product is sealed, unused and in it's original condition.

  2. What is your return/exchange policy for damaged or incomplete puzzles?
    If your puzzle is damaged or missing pieces, please contact our customer service for a replacement or refund.

 

Customisation:

  1. Can I order a custom puzzle with my own chosen themes or designs?
    Yes, we would be happy to create a custom puzzle for you, there is a minimum order amount.  Get in touch and we can discuss.

  2. Are there plans to offer a mix-and-match option with puzzle themes?
    Not currently, but we’re always open to feedback and exploring new ideas to meet customer preferences.

Educational Value:

  1. Are the puzzles designed for educational purposes, or are they purely recreational?
    The puzzles are both educational and recreational, showcasing cultural and musical icons while providing a fun activity.

  2. Do you provide additional learning materials related to the themes on the puzzles?
    Yes, each puzzle comes with a digital guidebook that you can access on our website providing more information about the regions and musicians featured.

 

Collectability:

  1. Are these puzzles limited edition? Will there be reprints in the future?
    The puzzles are not limited edition and will be restocked based on demand.

  2. Can I collect all the puzzles from your previous editions?
    Yes, while some older puzzles may be out of stock, we aim to make popular designs available for collectors over time.
